Section 25 of the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985 (NSW) constitutes it a criminal offence for a person to supply or knowingly take part in the supply of a prohibited drug, including cocaine.
The supply of a small quantity to an indictable quantity of cocaine to another adult under Section 25 of the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985 (NSW) may leave you liable to a maximum penalty of 15 years imprisonment and/or a $220,000 fine. The penalty may be greater if you are charged under another provision due to the circumstances of the matter, such as having supplied to a child under the age of 16.
